Job Summary

The Secretary will under supervision of the Superintendent Principal or designee act as a receptionist and perform a wide variety of clerical duties of a responsible nature including extensive computer operation and awareness.

Requirements / Qualifications

At least two (2) letters of recommendations from professionals who have observed the personal characteristics and work habits of the individual.4. Proof of a valid Tuberculosis (TB) Test or TB Risk Assessment indicating that individual is free from Tuberculosis. TB Tests are valid for up to four (4) years after the date of results. 5. Education and Experience: Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school or possession of GED; course work in secretarial science business and/or office practices or related field and two years of responsible secretarial experience is desired.6. Certification: Possession of a valid First Aid Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate may be required based on job duties. Possession of a valid California Motor Vehicle Operators License.7. Communication: Ability to read and write in English; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
