Job Description:

This position is accountable for assigned stocking merchandising rotation and displays. Assist with permanent point-of-sale (POS) materials.

Job Duties:

• Visit assigned stores daily to breakdown truck and work back stock to stock displays shelves coolers and bunkers with all brands and packages sold by the company.
• Inspect vehicle conditions. Will be driving a company supplied van
• Working in a cooler in stores
• Rotate stock per procedures on expiration dating
• Where required build displays-install or distribute promotional materials
• Assist with cooler resets as directed by Sales Manager
• Ensure POS is visible
• Ensure the products being delivered and that which is already in the account are properly rotated within the cooler displays and backroom
• Safely handle all pallets and unsold product to prevent damage
• Breakdown orders in a timely fashion and put product away in cooler backrooms and other storage areas. Organize back stock and discard all trash in its place
• Adheres to dress code standards governing appearance
• Works steadily and constantly without jeopardizing the quality of work

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2 years of Sale experience
• Ability to work with computer programs associated with the performance of the position
• Ability to multi-task work independently and/or within a team pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
• Have strong customer service and interpersonal expertise
• Decision making thoroughness and time management a must
