The Smart Manufacturing & Supply ChainAI Enablement Leadis accountable forexecutingAI-enabled product development from concept through deployment adoption scaling andcontinuous improvementto delivermeasurablevalue across Manufacturing & Supply Chain.
This rolepartnerswithOperationsSupply Chain and technology teamstoshapeanddeliver anAIproduct pipelinethat includesGen AI agentic AI machine learning automationanalytics and workflow orchestration while ensuringalignment to strategic objectivesresponsible AI standardsadoptionandvalue realization.
- Lead end-to-endAI productexecution including discovery business case development solution designprioritizationpilots deployment scaling andvalue tracking.
- Translate business needs intoAIproduct vision roadmapsprioritized backlogsand delivery plans that balancenear-termexecutionwith long-termcapability development.
- Partner with senior business and enterprise stakeholders to shape priorities resolvetradeoffs and align investments defining KPIs and value realization measures to guidedecisionmakingacross the portfolio.
- Drivedevelopmentand scaling ofSmart Manufacturing& Supply ChainAIproductsincluding Gen AI assistants agentic workflows intelligent automation predictive analytics and decision-support tools.
- Translatebusiness problems into AI product requirements includinguser workflows dataneeds guardrails testing criteria adoption plans and scalable operating models.
- Establish clear deliverablesproject chartersdelivery plansandreportstoplan execute and documentAI product initiatives.
- Drivereadinessadoption and sustained value realization in partnershipwith change management and operational teams.
- Establish operating rhythmsforintake prioritization stage-gate decisions backlog reviewsdemos adoption tracking and value realization.
- ApplyAI capabilitiestoimprove manufacturing performance decision quality process efficiency knowledge management and frontlineworkflows.
- Identifyrisks dependencies and constraints early proactively recommending mitigation strategies andtradeoffdecisions tomaintainmomentum and outcomes.
- Act as a functional thought leaderonproduct management practicesand emerging digital analytics automationGen AI and agenticAI technologies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 46 years of relevant experience in product management product ownership digital delivery or related roles
- Previousexperience working inmanufacturingand/orsupply chainenvironments
- Experience translating business requirements into prioritized product backlogs and deliverables
- Technical fluency with data analytics APIs Pythonautomation or AI development environmentstoexecute andpartner effectively withtechnicalteams.
- Experience developingordeploying AI-enabled solutions such as Gen AI assistants agentic workflows intelligent automation predictive analytics or decision-support tools.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence aligning diverse stakeholders around a common product vision and driving outcomes
- Experience managing digital data analytics automation or AI products applied to operational environments
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform prioritization anddecisionmaking
- Working knowledge of agile values frameworks and metrics
- Experience supportingtechnologyenabledbusiness transformation or change initiatives
- Understanding ofAI product development concepts including Gen AI agentic AI machine learning automation data products or digital workflow solutions.
- Familiarity with Gen AI and agentic AI solution patterns including prompt design retrieval-augmented generation workflow orchestration tool/action integration model evaluation human-in-the-loop controls and responsible AI practices.
The expected salary for this position is $ varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location certifications education and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
