Job Title: Smart COMM Architect

Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Smart COMM Architect to design and implement enterprise customer communication solutions using Smart COMM. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in document composition template design correspondence management and Smart COMM architecture with experience integrating Smart COMM with enterprise systems.
• The role involves designing scalable communication frameworks for policy claims billing and customer correspondence while collaborating with integration teams for seamless data exchange and document generation workflows.

Responsibilities:

Smart COMM Solution Design & Architecture

• Design and implement enterprise communication solutions using Smart COMM
• Define scalable and reusable document generation frameworks.
• Design Smart COMM architecture for
• Real-time document generation
• Batch document processing
• Interactive customer communications
• Establish Smart COMM best practices standards and reusable components.
• Support environment setup deployment and release strategy.

Document Composition & Template Management

• Design and develop reusable communication templates for:
• Policy documents
• Claims communications
• Billing statements and notices
• Customer letters and email communications
• Implement dynamic and personalized document generation based on business rules.
• Ensure brand consistency and standardized communication templates.
• Support multi-channel document outputs including:
• PDF
• Email
• Print communications

Smart COMM Integration & Data Mapping

• Collaborate with integration teams to integrate Smart COMM with enterprise applications.
• Define Smart COMM input/output data requirements.
• Work with structured data formats including:
• JSON
• XML
• Support mapping of business data into Smart COMM-compatible formats for template consumption.
• Ensure proper data validation and document generation quality.

Enterprise Integration Collaboration

• Work closely with MuleSoft/integration teams for:
• API-based document generation triggers
• Real-time and batch communication workflows
• Document retrieval and delivery
• Collaborate with upstream systems such as:
• CRM
• Billing systems
• Policy administration systems
• Claims systems

Insurance Communication Workflows

• Support communication use cases related to:
• Policy lifecycle communications
• Claims notifications and correspondence
• Billing statements and reminders
• Customer notices and regulatory communications
• Ensure document workflows align with business and compliance requirements.

Performance & Support

• Optimize Smart COMM performance for large-volume document generation.
• Troubleshoot document generation issues and support production incidents.
• Implement logging monitoring and error-handling best practices.
• Support template versioning and deployment processes

Required Skills:

10 years of experience in enterprise application/document communication platforms.

* Strong hands-on experience in Smart COMM implementation and architecture

Expertise in:

• Smart COMM Designer
• Assemble
• Generate
• Template design
• Document composition
• Correspondence management
• Strong understanding of:
• JSON
• XML
• REST/SOAP APIs
• Experience working with enterprise integration platforms.
• Experience in large-scale document generation and batch processing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with MuleSoft Any point Platform or API integrations.
• Exposure to Guidewire (Policy Center Claim Center Billing Center).
• Experience in Insurance domain
• Knowledge of event-driven communication processing and messaging systems.

Nice to Have

• Experience with enterprise Customer Communication Management (CCM) platforms.
• Exposure to cloud-based integrations and DevOps practices.
• Strong stakeholder communication and solution design skills.

Work Site: Fort-Wayne Indiana Remote (Travel Expenses will be paid when asked to come Onsite)
