Schedule: Full Time- Part Time- PRN

About the Position
Carolina Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated Speech Therapist to join our team in a skilled nursing this role you will provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to both post-acute and long-term care patients helping them improve mobility function and overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide care to both post-acute and long-term care residents
- Accurately document patient progress and treatment plans
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including therapists and restorative nursing staff
- Support a positive patient-centered environment focused on outcomes and quality care
Schedule & Flexibility
- Flexible scheduling options available
- Department hours: 6:00 AM 8:00 PM
- Open 7 days per week
