Job Summary
Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor perform a variety of activities in the maintenance and repair of assigned facilities utilities and equipment including tasks in carpentry electrical work swimming pool maintenance heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) construction plumbing and painting.
