Sitecore Architect Lead Sitecore

We are seeking a highly experienced Sitecore Architect with over 10 years of IT experience and at least 7 years of recent handson Sitecore expertise. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Sitecore architecture headless implementations SXA Helix and Azure deployments along with strong frontend development skills in and microservices. This is a handson role requiring both architectural leadership and active development.

• Design Sitecore solutions in line with best practices and enterprise standards.

• Collaborate with client business and technical teams to gather requirements design solutions and manage stakeholder expectations.

• Lead discussions with customer architects on Sitecore architecture and solutioning.

• Guide and mentor development teams review work for adherence to Sitecore best practices (Helix SXA).

• Perform handson development when required including troubleshooting production issues and resolving within SLAs.

• Drive Sitecore upgrades integrations and customizations.

• Ensure smooth deployments on Azure and collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD automation.

• Leverage Sitecore Analytics Google Analytics or similar tools for insights.

• Provide thought leadership solution design and technical direction for Sitecore implementation programs.

• 10 years of IT experience with 7 years in Sitecore.

• 2 years of recent handson experience in Sitecore headless architecture.

• 1 years of recent handson experience with Sitecore 10.x.

• Certified on Sitecore 10 XM Cloud or Sitecore AI CMS developer.

• Preferably recognized as a Sitecore MVP in recent years.

• Expertise in Sitecore architecture SXA Helix search solutions upgrades and Azure deployments.

• Strong experience with HTML CSS JavaScript for headless implementations.

• Experience with microservices and platformagnostic cloud knowledge (Azure AWS GCP).

• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.

• Excellent communication stakeholder management and analytical thinking.

• Experience with Vercel for frontend deployments.

• Exposure to DevOps practices Kubernetes Terraform and containerization.

• Familiarity with Sitecore AI Sitecore Analytics and Google Analytics.

• 10 years overall IT experience
