Site Solutions Technician

Were hiring a Site Solutions Technician at our Site Solutions rental facility in Phoenix AZ and were looking for someone whos ready to grow with us bring energy and drive to their work provide maintenance and repair for a variety of Site Solutions products which includes Trench Safety Solutions Shoring Solutions Temporary Structure Solutions Modular Solutions Waste Removal Solutions etc.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM and offers overtime pay after working 40 hours. (This role is subject to on-call scheduling with additional compensation provided)

As a Site Solutions Technician youll set up service and tear down the equipment that gets a job site running from modular structures to trench safety and shoring. Our T3 platform keeps work orders equipment status and site details in one place so you always know whats staged whats deployed and whats coming next.

• Experience in building maintenance handyman work construction or remodeling.
• Practical skills across several trades
• Perform general carpentry painting drywall repairs and flooring repairs.
• Complete minor plumbing repairs including repairing or replacing faucets toilets supply lines and drains.
• Troubleshoot basic electrical issues and repair or replace light fixtures switches and outlets where permitted and within the employees qualifications.
• Repair or replace doors locks windows trim fixtures and hardware.
• Identify leaks water damage drainage problems and other maintenance issues.
• Inspect units and complete repairs to prepare them for rental or customer use.
• Assist with setup leveling and finishing work on container offices and modular buildings.
• Use hand and power tools safely and keep work areas clean.
• Communicate repair needs material requirements and job progress to management.
• Recognize when electrical HVAC plumbing or structural work requires a qualified specialist.

• Experience in building maintenance handyman work construction or remodeling.
• Practical skills across several trades
• Basic electrical and plumbing experience including troubleshooting common issues and completing minor repairs.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and work independently.
• Reliable attendance attention to detail and pride in completed work.
• Valid drivers license if traveling between locations.
• Ability to perform the physical duties of the position with reasonable accommodation.
  
  

• High School diploma Trade school certificate preferred
• Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record. Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle.

• Must be able to move stand stoop and bend freely
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
• Technicians may be required to be clean shaven in order to enter worksites for EquipmentShare customers who have this requirement
• This is a safety sensitive position and any offer of employment will be contingent on passing a 10 panel drug screen
