CHST SITE SAFETY COORDINATOR $51-$57/HR $150/DAY PER DIEM BALTIMORE MD START ASAP
Work just 3 days per week while earning up to $57/hr plus a $150/day per diem. Sheakley is seeking an experienced Site Safety Coordinator to support a high-profile steel erection project in Baltimore MD. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned construction safety professional who enjoys being in the field influencing safe operations and making an immediate impact on a critical project.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Provide daily safety oversight for all steel erection activities
Conduct routine equipment and work area inspections to identify and correct hazards
Lead toolbox talks and reinforce safe work practices with field personnel
Maintain an active field presence and build strong relationships with crews and supervision
Monitor compliance with OSHA regulations and project safety requirements
Observe work activities coach employees on safe behaviors and address at-risk conditions immediately
Help drive a proactive safety culture focused on incident prevention and accountability

WHAT YOU NEED
CHST (Construction Health and Safety Technician) certification required
Minimum 5 years of construction safety experience
Demonstrated background supporting steel erection projects
OSHA 30 Certification
Current First Aid/CPR Certification
Minimum 5 years of construction safety experience
