This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in 55 countries including United States United Kingdom Canada Germany India France Netherlands Singapore.

Pay: $60$150/hr

We are engaging Simulation Experts Real-to-Sim 3D Environments & Assets to contribute to a customers project focused on advanced simulation and artificial intelligence this role youll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn reason and perform through high-quality real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build and configure 3D assets and environments in simulation platforms (Isaac Sim Gazebo MuJoCo or similar)
2. Translate real-world objects and instruments into simulation matching geometry scale material and physical behavior
3. Collaborate with scientists and subject-matter experts to validate accuracy of simulated environments
4. Tune physical parameters (mass friction collision properties joint dynamics) so simulated objects behave like their real counterparts
5. Troubleshoot discrepancies between simulated and real-world behavior

Qualifications:

1. Hands-on experience with at least one robotics/physics simulation platform (Isaac Sim Gazebo MuJoCo Unity Unreal PyBullet etc.)
2. Background in 3D modeling CAD or environment design
3. Understanding of physics simulation (rigid body dynamics materials sensors)
4. Strong collaboration skills working with scientific/technical stakeholders
5. Attention to detail in matching real-world fidelity
