Job Summary

Overview

Shuttle Bus Drivers transport employees to and from employee parking lots and designated employee entrance and maintains the shuttle bus. Driver transports employees patients and visitors as per assigned duty schedule in order to facilitate these persons in arriving at their destination on a timely basis.

Qualifications

Certifications: Drivers License - Illinois Secretary of State (ILSOS)

Work Experience: Driving; Transportation Six (6) months or more of paid experience operating a shuttle van or shuttle bus with passenger transportation responsibilities.Experience must involve transporting groups of passengers in an employer-owned or commercial vehicle. Experience as an Uber/Lyft driver taxi driver food delivery driver courier or vehicle transport driver will not be accepted as qualifying shuttle driving experience.

Responsibilities

Maintains shuttle van keeps clean serviced and reports needed employees patients and visitors as per current departmental schedule.

Salary Range

The compensation range for this position is $15.45per hour - $25.03per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidates experience qualifications location training licenses shifts worked and compensation model.
