Chicago Marriott Northwest is seeking a reliable and professional Shuttle Driver to provide safe and courteous transportation for hotel guests employees and authorized visitors. The ideal candidate must have a valid CDL (Commercial Drivers License) and a strong commitment to passenger safety and customer service.

• Safely operate the hotel shuttle vehicle according to all applicable laws and safety regulations.

• Transport guests to and from designated locations including airports businesses and nearby destinations.

• Provide friendly professional and courteous service to hotel guests.

• Assist guests with luggage when needed.

• Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after each shift.

• Maintain the shuttle vehicle in a clean and presentable condition.

• Follow established hotel transportation schedules and routes.

• Report vehicle maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.

• Maintain accurate transportation and mileage records.

• Communicate effectively with the Front Desk and hotel management regarding guest transportation needs.

• Follow all company hotel and transportation safety policies.

• Valid CDL (Commercial Drivers License) is required.

• Clean and acceptable driving record.

• Previous shuttle commercial driving hotel or passenger transportation experience preferred.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Professional appearance and attitude.

• Ability to assist guests with luggage.

• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.

• Must be dependable punctual and safety-conscious.

$18 $25 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
