Showroom Customer Service Representative

Ferguson is currently looking for the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Showroom Customer Service Representative. If you have a love of meeting people and providing phenomenal customer service coupled with an interest in contributing directly to the bottom line of a multi-billion-dollar organization this is the position for you!

Schedule:Monday Friday 8am to 5pm Rotating Saturdays 10am to 3pm.

Responsibilities:

• Assistcustomers on the showroom floor

• Strive to increase knowledge of entire product offering

• Support efforts of Outside Sales Associates

• Work hand-in-hand with Showroom Sales consultants by performing the administrative functions that ensure ourcustomersneeds arebeing met.

• Support the Showroom Sales team by ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service throughtimelyquotations andaccurateorder processing.

• Updating customer contractscoordinatedeliveries with the warehouse andanswersales calls for general information.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of prior customer service experienceis

• 1 years of experiencewithplumbing fixtures lighting and appliancesis

• Results oriented able to meet goals build relationships and enjoy a team environment

• Excellent communication for phone/in-person sales timemanagementand organizational skills

• Ambition to succeed and self-motivated

• General digital literacy

• Ability to multi-task

• Passion for customer service

• Ability to learn quickly

This is anuncappedcommission eligible role. The estimated total compensation range is $60000- $75000 annually.
