Position Details:
Schedule: MondayFriday full-time on-site
Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
Pay: $20$25 per hour

What Youll Do:
In this role you will provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Support shop operations including inventory management and parts management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors
- Deliver professional communication and excellent customer service
- Handle accounts receivable and organize customer billing
- Perform general office administration tasks
- Assist the Shop Manager as needed

What We are Looking for:
- 1-year previous experience in a shop environment a service writer or parts manager
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
- Valid drivers license
