ShippingReceiving Coordinator

Position Summary
Responsible for shipping receiving and inventory control of materials and finished goods. Ensures accurate documentation timely processing and coordination with vendors carriers and internal teams while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive inspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and documentation
• Prepare pack and ship outgoing materials including all required paperwork
• Maintain accurate inventory records and track material locations
• Coordinate carrier pickups track shipments and support customer inquiries
• Manage vendor communication purchase orders and shipment status for outside vendors
• Identify and report damages shortages or discrepancies
• Support material handling operations including loading/unloading and transport
• Ensure compliance with safety standards HAZCOM and shipping regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area including packaging supplies

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping/receiving warehouse or logistics preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Forklift experience preferred
• Knowledge of export/ITAR regulations is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 3550 lbs regularly
• Active role involving standing walking and handling materials

Requirements

• Willingness to work overtime as needed
