ShippingProduction Clerk

Shipping/Production/Production Clerk is responsible for coordinating shipping activities maintaining accurate production and inventory records preparing orders for shipment and supporting daily production operations. This position works closely with production warehouse purchasing and transportation teams to ensure materials and finished products are processed and shipped accurately and on schedule shipping documents packing slips bills of lading and other required production inventory and order incoming and outgoing shipments with carriers vendors customers and internal departments and shipping information before orders leave production orders and update records regarding quantities inventory shipments or documentation warehouse and production personnel with administrative maintain a clean and organized work area experience in shipping receiving production warehouse or administrative support is familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar software attention to detail and time-management skills a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment prolonged standing or sitting frequent walking bending reaching and occasional lifting or moving of materials.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous experience in shipping receiving production warehouse or administrative support is preferred.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar software.

• Ability to accurately enter data and maintain organized records.

• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment.

• Ability to lift and move materials as required by the position.

Additional Information :

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ERP inventory-management or shipping software.

• Knowledge of shipping procedures and freight documentation.

• Experience working in a manufacturing or distribution environment.

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.

Physical Requirements:
This position may require prolonged standing or sitting frequent walking bending reaching and occasional lifting or moving of materials. Specific requirements may vary based on the work environment.
