- Comprehend ISO and support QMS and CAPA systems
- Accomplished in writing processes and work instructions
- Acumen with WMS and ERP systems
- Aptitude to innovate new ideas and methodologies to optimize productivity
- Minimum four years of experience in a high-volume automated and manual assembly manufacturing environment
- B.S or B.A (or equivalent experience)
- Leading and managing teams of highly effective technical resources to achieve daily as well as long-term production goals
- Directing targeted learning and development for all production staff
- Steering all production activity to achieve operation goals while keeping costs at a minimum helping to drive continued revenue generation
- Managing and optimizing production efficiencies and run rates
- Analyzing customer SLAs forecasts open orders and plans for both equipment and staffing with the goal of exceeding customer SLAs and KPIs
- Evaluating and establishing production line layout and material flow to achieve maximum efficiency
- Driving and maintaining excellent production management standards and enhancing processes to ensure quality and productivity are achieved
- Establishing lean management principles
- Complying with corporate safety and regulatory requirements
- Managing all production activity to achieve production goals while keeping costs at a minimum
- Providing leadership in hiring training evaluating and supervising production staff including leads and temporary workforce
- Establishing seamless hands-off processes to and from other departments
- Interfacing with other departments including account management and document control regarding documentation
