Shipping & Receiving Associate

Position Summary:The Shipping and Receiving Clerk is responsible for all aspects of incoming and outgoing shipments ensuring materials are accurately received processed stored and shipped in a timely and organized manner. This role plays a key part in order fulfillment material handling and warehouse accuracy for Pioneers efforts to ensure satisfaction of Responsibilities and Duties:Shipping & Receiving DutiesPerform daily shipping and receiving operations ensuring all incoming and outgoing shipments are processed accurately and on and verify received materials against packing slips and purchase orders for accuracy condition and completeness in a timely proper documentation for all shipments and receipts is completed in Pioneers NetSuite ERP pick & ship customer orders and warehouse transfer orders all materials are pulled packed labeled and shipped in accordance with the Pioneers service standards and expectations of each customerEnsure all shipping and receiving activities are aligned with Pioneers standards and each customers delivery closely with carriers and freight companies to schedule order or delivery issues proactively to maintain customer or retrieve materials and equipment from customers or vendors as needed to meet customer satisfaction and deadline requirementsInventory Control & Material Handling ResponsibilitiesPerform material put-aways of received inventory materials. Ensur items are stored in correct locations and accurately recorded in inventory a timely manner deliver materials ordered for active jobs to the appropriate facility area with proper documentation and notification to the area in weekly cycle counts and full inventory :Strong organizational time-management and communication skills to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detailProficient in Pioneers software systems: Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook Teams etc.) NetSuite ERP system and of inventory control procedures freight coordination and OSHA safety Environment: Work to be performed in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels. Fast-paced warehouse environment with regular exposure to forklifts pallet jacks and various shipping/receiving equipment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate forklifts or pallet jacks (certification a plus). Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
