As a Shipping Coordinator youll play a key role in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly by coordinating daily shipping activities and ensuring orders are shipped accurately and on time. Youll work closely with logistics partners warehouse teams and internal stakeholders to manage shipping schedules resolve issues and support efficient operations. This is a fast-paced role for someone who enjoys multitasking problem-solving and collaborating across teams.
- Coordinate daily shipping schedules with Corporate Logistics warehouse teams and carriers to ensure on-time shipments.
- Manage the carrier check-in process assign loading and staging activities and monitor workflow to meet shipping priorities.
- Process shipping documentation including ship confirmations bills of lading (BOLs) manifests and shipping reports within the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Track shipping discrepancies code freight invoices and support continuous improvement through accurate reporting and issue resolution.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant warehouse/industry work experience.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Excellent organizational multitasking and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
Preferred
- Experience in the alcohol beverage or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
- Experience using manufacturing or warehouse systems such as ERP MRP MPS or WMS.
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Logistics Business Management or a related field.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds without assistance.
- Ability to work on-site and operate industrial equipment as required.

The hourly rate for this role is$19.55-$29.33.
