Job Summary

Assist in coordinating the day-to-day activities of a team of production workers to ensure that manufacturing operations run according to established production specifications and schedules; volume cost and wastage targets; and quality standards.
This position requires knowledge that is acquired through experience specialized education or training. The role has clearly defined procedures and tasks as well as defined guidelines to aid in decision making. The job should possess a good knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the range of processes procedures and systems specifically JDEdwards and SAP to be used in carrying out assigned tasks.

• Completes repetitive tasks and follows procedures along with written and verbal instructions; works on production line duties formajority of scheduled shift
• Manages time and resources effectively through good organizational skills and through use of independent decision making.

• Responsible for tracking and updating on relevant metrics (as needed) and recording/tracking efficiency issues or concerns.

• Leads small production team within one manufacturing line in relation to cell needs at the production level
• Resolves technical and/or resource issues on the line in regard to equipment process and people as much as possible
• Partners with supervisor to ensure all team members are adequately trained and maintain completed competencies and ensure allemployees are following standardized work and completing quality records accuratelyQualifications

What you need

• 3yrs of experience in a Manufacturing leadership role or related experience.
• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred:

• Training and Development experience
• Prior experience with SAP System
• Prior leadership experience

$27.00/hr plus bonus potential and benefits.
