Shipping and Warehouse Associate

Located in the Greenfield industrial corridor our facility is easily accessible from I-70 making it a quick 20-minute commute for talent coming from East Indianapolis Shelbyville or Anderson. Your Impact

As a Shipper Associate you will:

• Manage Logistics & Order Staging: Prepare package stage and load finished goods and materials accurately for outgoing shipments according to customer specifications and schedules.

• Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely maneuver forklifts pallet jacks and inventory equipment to transport finished product and raw materials throughout the warehouse.

• Ensure Accuracy & Quality: Perform thorough inventory counts verify shipping documentation (bills of lading packing slips manifest data) and maintain zero-defect shipment precision.

• Drive Safety & Teamwork: Prioritize a safety-first mindset across all warehouse and loading dock areas collaborating with production and freight teams to meet site goals.

Qualifications :

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED OR 3 years of manufacturing/warehouse experience.

Additional Information :

Physical Requirements:

• Movement: May require the ability to stand/walk for up to 80% of your shift with frequent pushing pulling bending reaching and squatting 50% of the time.

• Lifting: May require the ability to lift up to 50 pounds 50% of your shift.

• Environment: May require being comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
