Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Fill customers orders in accordance with specifications on order form.
• Receive and read customer order to identify item(s) to be pulled.
• Responsible for operating the warehouse machinery in a safe manner and reporting any equipment maintenance or problems to your immediate supervisor.
• Ensure inventory and shipping transactions are completed.
• Read appropriate warehouse documentation to determine items to be moved gathered distributed or shipped.
• Move items to appropriate areas.
• Record amounts of materials or items moved into computer database.
• Conduct physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Maintain inventory records by posting materials received and disbursed writing shortage lists and distributing them as required.
• Maintain the warehouse in a clean orderly and safe manner.
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
• Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

• Must possess a high school diploma GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Microsoft Office knowledge required.
• 3 plus years warehouse and shipping and receiving coordinator experience preferred.
• Forklift operator experience required.
• Overhead crane experience preferred.
