Job Summary
- We are hiring immediately for full time SHIFT SUPERVISOR (ELECTRICAL FIELD) positions.
- Location: Quantum - 5001 Blue Mound Road Fort Worth TX 76106. (Openings at other locations within school district available)Note: online applications accepted only.
- Schedule: Full time schedule; days and hours may vary. More details upon interview. (Full and Part Time with the flexibility to meet most scheduling needs)
- Requirement: A prior journeyman electrician or master electrician license is required.
- Pay Range: $40.00to$50.00 per hour.

Job Summary
Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Evaluating the performance of workers rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electricians apprentices and subcontractors while ensuring work is completed safely efficiently and in accordance with project specifications.
- Review project drawings specifications schedules and RFIs to support accurate installation project execution and overall job site productivity.
- Coordinate manpower materials tools and equipment needed for project completion while communicating project updates delays and field concerns with Project Managers and leadership.
- Lead daily safety meetings job hazard analyses (JHAs) and provide training mentorship and technical guidance to electricians and apprentices.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
