About the Shift Manager position:

As a ShiftManager at Panera you are key to the success of your bakery-cafe. You handle a wide range of responsibilities all to ensure that both customers and associates have a great experience. OurManagers ensure that every shift is a great onebydeveloping our peoplemanaging teamperformance andbuildingthe warm inclusive authentic Panera team part of your bakery-cafes management team you report directly to the General Manager and/or District manager.

You meet these requirements:

• Proven ability to direct motivate coach and develop others in a fast-paced environment
• 1 Years of restaurant/hospitality experience preferred
• Food Safety Manager ServSafe certification (or able to pass)
• At least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid drivers license
