The Opportunity

Shift Managers are the operational leaders who drive our business daily. As Manager-on-Duty you are accountable for driving onsite culture team performance safety service execution and the overall guest experience. This role is ideal for leaders who thrive in fast-paced environments enjoy developing people and are looking for a clear pathway into higher-level operational leadership.Shift Managers rotate through defined areas of responsibility to build well rounded leadership business and operational skills.

What Youll Do

Lead Operations

• Own daily shift execution including staffing business flow safety and service standards
  
• Serve as Manager-on-Duty resolving guest and team issues with confidence and discretion
  
• Ensure smooth shift transitions through clear communication and follow-through
  
• Execute opening and closing procedures and maintain operational readiness
  

• Lead coach and hold team members accountable to operational standards
  
• Provide shoulder to shoulder coaching and celebrate and recognize team members
  
• Support training completion and promote a culture of engagement and accountability
  

Uphold Safety & Brand Standards

• Model company values and enforce policies and procedures
  
• Proactively identify safety risks and address issues immediately
  
• Ensure consistent execution of brand and cleanliness standards

• People & Staffing Leadership -- Scheduling onboarding support attendance tracking performance documentation and training compliance
  
• Sales & Training Leadership -- Team training coaching sales behaviors certification support and identifying development gaps
  
• Operations & Tunnel Leadership -- Site cleanliness equipment readiness preventive maintenance coordination and lot organization
  

What Were Looking For

• At least 18 years of age
  
• High school diploma or GED
  
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience required
  
• Retail hospitality or car wash experience preferred
  
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams make decisions and drive results
  
• High integrity and professionalism
  
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  
• Ability to motivate coach and hold others accountable
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Energy adaptability and a hands-on leadership style
