Shift Leader

As a Shift Leader youll be the backbone of our operations during your shift ensuring smooth workflows maintaining high standards and leading a dedicated team toward our shared goals. • Lead supervise and motivate team members during assigned shifts fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency quality standards and compliance with company policies and procedures
• Monitor inventory levels manage stock rotation and communicate supply needs to management
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records including cash handling sales reports and incident documentation
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean organized work environment that meets all regulatory standards
• Communicate effectively with management regarding shift performance challenges and team feedback
• Demonstrate flexibility by adapting to changing priorities and supporting team members during peak periods
• Model company values and maintain transparent open communication with all team members

Qualifications :

**Required Qualifications:**

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Ability to work varied shifts including evenings weekends and holidays as needed
• Cash handling experience and financial accountability
• Knowledge of inventory management and stock control
• Proficiency in conflict resolution and team motivation
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement process improvements
• Commitment to maintaining safety and compliance standards

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Previous experience in operations management or team leadership roles
• Food safety certification or similar industry-specific training
• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems or operational software
• Track record of successfully training and developing team members
• Experience in a customer-facing service environment
