Shift Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily shift operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow

- Supervise and motivate team members to deliver high-quality service

- Ensure compliance with company policies safety standards and health regulations

- Handle customer inquiries complaints and feedback professionally

- Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment

- Train mentor and evaluate staff performance

- Maintain a clean organized and welcoming environment for customers and staff

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferably in retail hospitality or food service

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time management abilities

- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks

- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays

- Basic proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional leadership training is a plus
