What Youll Do
As a Shift Leader youll help run the restaurant during your shift and set the tone for the entire team. Responsibilities include:
- Leading and motivating team members
- Ensuring outstanding product quality and customer service
- Managing driver dispatch and shift operations
- Assisting with inventory and food safety standards
- Supporting profitability and overall store performance
- Handling day-to-day operational challenges with professionalism and urgency

Qualifications
- Previous restaurant Shift Lead or management experience required
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- ServSafe or local/state Food Service Certification preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
