Responsibilities

*Ensure consistent and quality customer experience by executing brand beverage recipes and techniques resolving customer relations issues and leading the team in delivering the Scooters Amazing customer service experience

*Maintain speed of service standards during high-volume periods by remaining calm managing an efficient team workflow anticipating customer needs and utilizing downtime to prepare for the next rush

*Demonstrate punctuality dependability and adaptability

*Assist the Store Manager with training new team members

*Serve as a keyholder opening or closing store

*Understand and execute cash handling point of sale system and operational procedures in an accurate consistent manner

*Proactively seek opportunities to increase sales
