WHAT WELL EXPECT FROM YOU DAY TO DAY.
- Assist the general manager in leading a team with integrity and a sense of purpose.
- Do you think on time is late Great because we need you to be reliable and punctual.
- Provide ongoing direction coaching and training to crew members.
- Cash management: counting cash drawers and preparing bank deposits.
- Hold yourself and those you manage accountable to Your Pie brand standards.
- Help shifts operate super smoothly and execute job duties with the utmost pride and attention to detail.
- Ensure crew members follow all checklists store rules and policies.
- Assist general manager with weekly inventory counts food orders and employee shift scheduling as needed.
Compensation: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
