Job Summary:
As a Shift Lead / Key Holder you will direct day-to-day restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager. You will ensure the team maintains the highest standards of food quality guest service cleanliness and workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Shift Lead / Key Holder you will direct day-to-day restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager. You will ensure the team maintains the highest standards of food quality guest service cleanliness and workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Run shifts smoothly open/close the store and step in to lead operations when the GM or Assistant Manager is away.
- Team Management: Monitor employee breaks manage scheduling help prevent unnecessary overtime and assist in training new team members.
- Daily Execution: Greet customers warmly process orders accurately and help the team prep bake and serve fresh pretzels.
Job Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
