SHEQ Advisor

Ventia is on the hunt foran experienced SHEQ Advisor to support the delivery of facilities management and maintenance services across the Auckland Council contract.

In this role youll work closely with operational teams subcontractors and stakeholders to promote a strong safety culture ensure compliance with SHEQ requirements conduct audits and investigations deliver training and drive continuous improvement across health safety environment and quality outcomes.

About You:
Minimum 3 years experience in a SHEQ/HSE Advisor role
Relevant Health & Safety qualification (Diploma Degree NEBOSH or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of HSWA 2015 risk management audits and incident investigations (ICAM preferred)
Experience working across multiple sites and engaging diverse stakeholders
Excellent communication coaching and relationship-building skills
