We are looking for a Mid-Level to Skilled Flooring Installer to join a specialized 3-person Sheet Goods installation team.

If you already have sheet goods experience we absolutely want to talk to you. However we are also interested in experienced flooring installers or craftsmen who have a strong foundation and want to develop their skills in commercial sheet goods installation.

Youll work directly alongside one of the industrys best installers on challenging commercial projects throughout Indiana.

Our team installs commercial flooring in environments such as:

• Hospitals and healthcare facilities
  

• Gyms and fitness centers
  

• Schools and educational facilities
  

• Commercial buildings
  

• Specialty facilities throughout Indiana
  

This isnt production residential flooring. Youll be learning and performing a specialized commercial flooring craft where quality detail and workmanship matter.

Ideal candidates will have experience with some combination of:

• Commercial sheet goods
  

• Vinyl flooring
  

• LVT/LVP
  

• Rubber flooring
  

• Flooring removal and floor preparation
  

• Adhesives and installation systems
  

• Layout cutting fitting and finishing
  

• Heat welding or commercial seams
  

• Commercial flooring installation
  

Sheet goods experience is strongly preferred but it is not an absolute requirement. If youre already a solid flooring installer and have the ability and desire to learn sheet goods were willing to invest in you.

• Ability to perform the physical requirements of commercial flooring installation
  

• Strong attendance and reliability
