Job Description
Required Qualifications:

8-10 years of experience in SharePoint development and Microsoft technologies.

Strong hands-on experience with:

SharePoint Online
SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
Power Apps
Power Automate
Microsoft Power Platform
Microsoft 365 / Office 365
Power Fx
Dataverse
Experience developing enterprise workflow automation solutions.
Knowledge of SharePoint administration security permissions and governance.
Experience with REST APIs JSON and web services integration.
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

Strong SQL development and database querying skills.
Experience debugging and troubleshooting APIs including REST-based services.
Exposure to Azure services and Azure application debugging.
Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API and Microsoft 365 integrations.
Experience with Azure Functions Logic Apps or Azure DevOps.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
Experience integrating SharePoint and Power Platform with third-party enterprise applications.

Soft Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong technical documentation and requirements gathering abilities.
Ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders and leadership teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated detail-oriented and capable of working Consultantly.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.
Ability to lead technical discussions and provide solution recommendations.
Experience working with distributed teams and client-facing stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Design develop and maintain enterprise applications using SharePoint Online and the Microsoft Power Platform.
Build and support Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps) to address business process requirements.
Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows to automate business operations and approvals.
Create and customize SharePoint sites lists libraries forms permissions and workflows.
Develop modern SharePoint solutions using SPFx (SharePoint Framework) and Microsoft 365 services.
Integrate SharePoint and Power Platform solutions with external systems and APIs.
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot application issues perform root cause analysis and support production deployments.
Create technical design documents deployment guides and support documentation.
Participate in code reviews testing release management and continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide technical guidance and best practices to junior developers and project teams.
