SFDC Architect

Location: San Antonio TX / Plano TX
Rate: $70$80 per hour

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable secure and integrated Salesforce solutions for complex enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will bring extensive Salesforce architecture experience strong client-facing consulting skills and deep expertise across multiple Salesforce clouds enterprise integrations authentication patterns data migration and application lifecycle management.

This role requires a combination of enterprise architecture leadership and hands-on technical expertise across Salesforce configuration declarative development Apex Lightning and integration technologies. Experience supporting large enterprise or Fortune 500 organizations and designing solutions for complex business processes is highly desirable.

Lead Salesforce solution architecture technical design and implementation across complex enterprise environments.

Design scalable secure and maintainable solutions using Salesforce platform capabilities and enterprise architecture best practices.

Define architectural approaches that balance standard configuration declarative customization custom development managed packages AppExchange applications accelerators and connectors.

Design multi-tier architectures supporting complex business processes including manufacturing and billing system integrations.

Provide technical leadership throughout solution discovery planning development testing deployment and operational support.

Provide expert-level guidance on Salesforce administration configuration security user management and data management.

Design and develop custom solutions using Apex triggers controllers web services Lightning Web Components (LWC) and other applicable Salesforce technologies.

Configure Salesforce workflows business rules automation and declarative features to meet business requirements.

Troubleshoot complex platform configuration development and integration issues.

Review technical designs and code to promote scalability maintainability security and adherence to Salesforce development standards.

Design solutions across Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.

Apply Salesforce platform capabilities to complex enterprise business processes and customer-facing solutions.

Translate business requirements into technical architecture functional designs and implementation roadmaps.

Collaborate with business stakeholders enterprise architects developers administrators and integration teams.

Design and govern Salesforce integrations with third-party and enterprise systems using real-time APIs REST/SOAP services ETL processes and integration platforms.

Apply integration technologies and tools such as MuleSoft SAP PI/PO and Salesforce Connect where appropriate.

Design secure authentication and authorization patterns including SAML Single Sign-On (SSO) and OAuth.

Establish integration standards for reliability security performance error handling and maintainability.

Lead data migration architecture and execution planning for moving data from third-party and legacy systems into Salesforce.

Define data mapping transformation validation reconciliation and migration strategies.

Oversee the Salesforce application lifecycle including solutioning development testing environment management version control release management and deployment.

Establish and promote CI/CD practices code versioning standards and deployment methodologies.

Support production operations root cause analysis platform enhancements and continuous improvement.

Lead client-facing architecture discussions technical workshops design reviews and solution presentations.

Communicate architectural decisions risks dependencies and recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.

Provide technical guidance to development teams and help ensure successful delivery against business and architectural requirements.

Maintain current knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities releases and evolving architecture best practices.

10 years of direct experience working with Salesforce products and enterprise Salesforce solutions.

6 years of Salesforce architecture or solution architecture experience.

Extensive hands-on knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture configuration declarative customization and Apex development.

Experience with at least three Salesforce clouds preferably including Financial Services Cloud Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.

Strong experience designing multi-tier scalable enterprise architectures including integrations with manufacturing and billing systems.

8 years of integration architecture and tools experience including real-time APIs and ETL-based integration patterns.

Hands-on understanding of integration technologies such as MuleSoft SAP PI/PO Salesforce Connect REST and SOAP APIs.

Extensive experience with enterprise data migrations from third-party or legacy systems into Salesforce.

Strong knowledge of authentication and security patterns including SAML SSO and OAuth.

Experience with Salesforce business process design rules configuration application development and platform customization.

Experience across the Salesforce application lifecycle including development testing environment management version control releases and deployment.

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and enterprise design best practices.

Demonstrated experience in client-facing technical consulting architecture discussions and stakeholder management.

Strong communication analytical problem-solving and technical leadership skills.
