Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients insurance companies and other parties regarding settlement-related documents payments and next steps.
- Assist with the preparation collection review and organization of insurance-related documents including releases affidavits and other settlement paperwork.
- Maintain accurate records of case activity communications documents and payment information.
- Prepare and update payment logs helping ensure payments are received and outstanding items are followed up on in a timely manner.
- Work closely with attorneys paralegals and other team members to support the settlement process.
- Respond to client questions regarding the settlement process.
- Coordinate with internal departments to a positive client experience.
