Set Up Technician

DEX Imaging is seeking a hands-on Set Up Technician to prepare and assemble copier and printer equipment before it is delivered to customers. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools and mechanical equipment and takes pride in ensuring machines are properly prepared for installation and use.

• Assemble inspect and prepare copier and printer equipment for customer delivery.
• Install accessories trays and other equipment components as needed.
• Perform quality checks to ensure equipment is clean operational and ready for delivery.
• Load firmware and complete basic machine setup requirements.
• Assist with equipment staging inventory organization and general warehouse operations.
• Work closely with delivery service and operations teams to support timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain a safe clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and equipment-handling guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Experience working with tools equipment assembly or mechanical systems is preferred.
• Ability to safely lift move and handle office equipment.
• Dependable work ethic and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in a warehouse manufacturing assembly or equipment-related environment is a plus.
