Services Transactional Finance Leader

Key Leadership role in GE Vernovas Wind Services organization to drive operational excellence strategic growth and financial processes for the $2B revenue business. This role will oversee Transactional Services Finance focusing on driving profitable growth with high quality execution. This position is a critical role in Wind Services with a focus on developing key finance talent and also driving operational capability improvements through cross functional leadership.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Partner with Wind Services Commercial Leader in developing and executing TX portfolio growth strategy across all regions.
• Drive operational process improvement to ensure high quality execution and delivery for our customers.
• Support accounting ops organization in financially managing TX portfolio. Focus on improving accuracy and timeliness of financial project reviews to enable operational billing entitlement and clean project completions/closeouts.
• Lead financial planning and estimating processes for TX with underlying focus on driving problem solving with commercial and ops teams.
• Manage a direct report fostering a culture of continuous learning and development with a particular focus on upskilling cross-training and automations.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance
• Prior experience leading a team

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position the pay range for this position is between $147400.00 and $245600.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110% 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience education and skill set.

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
