Your Impact

As a Services Technology & Enablement Program Analyst Intern at Lowes youll support programs that improve the tools technology processes and resources that enable Services teams to deliver better customer experience. Youll work with business and technology partners to help plan and execute initiatives analyze performance identify opportunities for improvement and support the adoption of new solutions.

This internship will provide hands-on experience in program management business analysis technology enablement reporting and cross-functional collaboration. Youll gain exposure to how strategic priorities are translated into actionable programs that improve operational efficiency and support scalable business growth.

Summer Internship Program

What You Will Learn

• Support the planning and execution of Services Technology & Enablement programs.
• Partner with business and technology teams to gather requirements and develop action plans.
• Track program performance timelines deliverables risks and key metrics.
• Analyze data and feedback to identify opportunities for process and technology improvements.
• Support the testing implementation and adoption of new tools and processes.
• Develop reporting presentations and communications to support program execution and stakeholder alignment.
• Gain experience in program management technology enablement change management and continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Business Analytics Information Systems Technology Project Management Operations or related field.
• Expected graduation dates of December 2027 or May 2028.

Preferred Skills/Experience

• 3.0 cumulative GPA.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with project management reporting or data visualization tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical organizational communication and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in technology program management business operations process improvement or enablement.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technology teams.
• Experience managing projects timelines or deliverables through coursework internships student organizations or work experience.
