Duration : 6 Months of Contract with possible extension

C2C Rate: $60-65

Job Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Ownership

• Own the ServiceNow SPM product roadmap and define strategic priorities aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with Portfolio Managers PMOs Finance Business Leaders and IT stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements.
• Define product vision success metrics KPIs and business outcomes.
• Lead product planning sessions and roadmap reviews with executive leadership.

ServiceNow SPM Functional Ownership

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with business executives and delivery teams to translate strategic objectives into actionable platform capabilities.
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions.
• Manage competing priorities across multiple business units.
• Present product updates release plans and adEligible to workion metrics to leadership.

Agile Product Management

• Own and manage the product backlog.
• Write and refine:
  • Epics
  • Features
  • User Stories
  • Acceptance Criteria
• Prioritize backlog based on business value and strategic goals.
• Participate in PI Planning Sprint Planning Reviews and Retrospectives.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation.

• Strong understanding of Agile SAFe and Product Operating Models.
• Experience working with PMO Finance and Executive Leadership teams.
• Experience managing global stakeholders and distributed teams.
