Key Technical Responsibilities
- Implement and configure ServiceNow Digital Product Release Management (DPRM) applications based on approved solution designs.
- Configure and manage:
- DPR Workspace
- Release lifecycle
- Governance models
- Release calendars
- Orchestration views
- Release scorecards
- Release templates
- Develop persona-driven workspaces for Product Owners Release Managers QA DevOps and Change Managers.
- Configure business-unit-specific dashboards with enterprise-level KPI rollups.
- Configure tasks approvals workflows and initial manual policies.
- Implement and maintain DPR Workspace and dashboards.
- Support DevOps and CI/CD pipeline implementations.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions using:
- JavaScript
- Jelly
- XML
- HTML
- CSS
- Web Services / REST / SOAP integrations
- Develop integrations with third-party tools such as:
- JIRA
- Jenkins
- Azure DevOps
- GitLab
- Create and execute SQL queries and LDAP queries for integration with databases and directory services.
- Work with Oracle and MySQL databases and Active Directory (AD).
- Design and implement repeatable development processes across Development Test Staging and Production environments.
- Ensure solutions are reliable scalable maintainable and highly available.
Testing & Quality
- Perform Unit Testing and support:
- System Integration Testing (SIT)
- Performance Testing
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Client-specific testing
- Maintain high standards for code quality documentation and development practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues identified during testing and UAT.
- Provide production and user support as required.
ServiceNow & Process Knowledge
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Mandatory
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development best practices and standards.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Basic understanding of ITIL V3/V4 and industry standards.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Understanding of release management governance and enterprise application processes.
Preferred / Good-to-Have Qualifications
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification.
- ITIL V3/V4 Foundation certification.
- Experience with ServiceNow DPRM implementation projects.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise DevOps and CI/CD ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand application requirements user stories and functional specifications.
- Translate requirements into scalable and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
- Follow established ServiceNow development standards best practices and coding guidelines.
- Participate in daily Agile/Scrum stand-up meetings and understand changes to requirements and user stories.
- Independently manage assigned development tasks and deliver them within defined timelines and quality standards.
- Take ownership of the code quality for assigned deliverables.
- Perform unit testing and maintain appropriate technical documentation.
- Provide technical support during UAT.
- Assist users in understanding and validating implemented functionality.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to end users when required.
- Collaborate effectively with Product Owners Release Managers QA DevOps Change Managers and other stakeholders.
