Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
- We are seeking a Servicenow Technical Architect
- Need to have hands-on experience in administration implementation and configuration of ServiceNow across areas such as ITSM (including HRSD and SPO) ITBM ITOM ITAM and scoped application solutions.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) ITIL
- Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions including custom applications and integrations that meet client needs and industry best practices.
- Design implement customize and maintain ITSM HRSD SPO modules and scoped applications.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams to ensure the successful execution of ServiceNow projects.
- Perform assessments and evaluations of existing ServiceNow implementations and offer recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and administer technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet the business needs of the IT department and beyond.
- Have experience in ITIL process definition integration solutions and architecture-level configurations.
- Design and develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST SOAP Integration Hub and other API technologies.
- Implement automation solutions using Flow Designer Orchestration and ServiceNow tools to streamline business processes.
- Provide advanced support for ServiceNow applications troubleshooting complex issues and implementing long-term solutions.
