Title: ServiceNow Support Specialist Location: US (Remote)
About the role ConglomerateIT is looking for a ServiceNow Support Specialist to implement configure and maintain the ServiceNow SIR bridge integration in a Security Incident Response environment. Youll work hands-on connecting ServiceNow to upstream voice and service platforms keeping the integration stable and current.
What youll do
Implement configure customize and update the ServiceNow SIR bridge from an AWS Connect and Salesforce Service Cloud Voice solution
Maintain and refine the integration as requirements evolve
Requirements
At least six (6) months of FTE experience implementing configuring customizing and updating the ServiceNow SIR bridge from an AWS Connect and Salesforce Service Cloud Voice solution
A current ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Security Incident Response (CIS SIR) certificate may be substituted in lieu of this experience
