About the role
ConglomerateIT is looking for a ServiceNow Support Specialist to implement configure and maintain the ServiceNow SIR bridge integration in a Security Incident Response environment. Youll work hands-on connecting ServiceNow to upstream voice and service platforms keeping the integration stable and current.

What youll do

• Implement configure customize and update the ServiceNow SIR bridge from an AWS Connect and Salesforce Service Cloud Voice solution
• Maintain and refine the integration as requirements evolve

Requirements

• At least six (6) months of FTE experience implementing configuring customizing and updating the ServiceNow SIR bridge from an AWS Connect and Salesforce Service Cloud Voice solution
• A current ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Security Incident Response (CIS SIR) certificate may be substituted in lieu of this experience
