Job Summary

POSITION

ServiceNow QA Test Engineer

LOCATION

Columbus OH (onsite)

REQUIRED SKILLS

Required Qualifications:

Experience: 4 years of dedicated Software Quality Assurance experience with at least 2 years focused specifically on the ServiceNow platform.
Technical Mastery of ATF: Proven experience implementing and managing the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
Testing Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Tools: Experience with defect tracking tools (Jira ServiceNow Agile/Test Management) and automated testing tools (Selenium etc. is a plus).

Preferred Qualifications:

Public Sector Experience: Prior experience testing systems within a state local or federal government framework.
Security Mindset: Knowledge of accessibility standards (Section 508 compliance) and security testing protocols.
Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or ISTQB Certified Tester.
