Position Summary
We are seeking a ServiceNow ITSM Lead Developer to lead the design development and implementation of ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong ServiceNow development experience expertise in ITSM modules and the ability to lead technical initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of ServiceNow ITSM solutions.
- Configure and enhance Incident Problem Change Request and Knowledge Management modules.
- Develop workflows integrations and platform customizations.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Mentor developers and conduct code reviews.
- Support platform upgrades releases and production issues.
- Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices and governance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- 8 years of ServiceNow development experience.
- 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript Flow Designer IntegrationHub and REST APIs.
- Experience with ITSM modules and enterprise integrations.
- Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM.
- Experience with CMDB Discovery Service Catalog and Agile methodologies.
