ServiceNow ITOM SME (GCP Event Management)
- Configure and maintain ServiceNow Event Management capabilities for GCP observability use cases.
- Implement client-defined event normalization correlation and alert management requirements.
- Configure event rules alert rules and automated incident creation workflows.
- Ensure proper CI association and CMDB alignment for incoming cloud events.
- Configure and support integrations between GCP Pub/Sub and ServiceNow.
- Implement event enrichment and operational workflows required by support teams.
- Support testing and validation of event processing alert generation and incident creation.
- Develop dashboards and operational views to support monitoring and service health visibility.
- Troubleshoot integration event processing and alerting issues.
- Support production deployment stabilization and continuous platform improvement activities.
