Job Summary

Koniag Advisory and Business Solutions LLC a Koniag Government Services company is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support KABS and our government customer in Washington DC. The position is hybrid requires 1 day onsite. The successful candidate will deliver practical platform capabilities that improve service delivery automation user experience reporting and operational control across the enterprise. Work will be performed at the clients facility or customer approved remote locations during Eastern Time core business ServiceNow Developer will provide hands-on development and configuration support across ServiceNow modules workflows integrations and user responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Design configure script test and deploy ServiceNow applications catalog items flows forms business rules client scripts UI policies and platform modernization using Flow Designer IntegrationHub Service Portal Workspace App Engine and approved low-code/no-code integrations with identity monitoring collaboration data and enterprise workflow systems using APIs web services and secure integration requirements from product owners and business analysts into maintainable platform configurations and technical in code reviews testing defect resolution release planning and production configuration decisions integration details deployment steps and operational and Experience:Required:Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Software Engineering or a related discipline or equivalent work experience.5 years of experience in software development enterprise workflow development or platform implementation.3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development or administration :ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Certified System supporting federal ITSM CSM HRSD SecOps SPM App Engine or ITOM Skills and Competencies:Strong ServiceNow development skills including scripting Flow Designer catalog development tables forms ACLs integrations and application lifecycle with JavaScript REST/SOAP APIs web services data imports update sets and scoped of platform security role-based access performance testing and release to troubleshoot defects across configuration code data workflows integrations and user to obtain a Public Trust Skills and Competencies:Experience with Automated Test Framework IntegrationHub Service Portal Workspace App Engine Studio or CMDB/ of Agile ITIL DevSecOps and federal compliance Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
