Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Certifications: Candidates should hold a ServiceNow Developer Certification as foundational proof of platform expertise. An AWS Solution Architect Certificate is strongly preferred and will support infrastructure-related troubleshooting work.
• Hands-On Technical Depth: Were looking for someone with substantial real-world experience building on the ServiceNow platform - not someone whose background is limited to project coordination or high-level oversight.
• JavaScript Coding Ability: Solid demonstrable scripting skills in JavaScript are a must-have for this role.
• Interview Process: Candidates should be prepared for an in-person technical deep-dive that explores hands-on workarounds and real development scenarios theyve implemented.

Work Arrangement:

This is a hybrid position requiring on-site presence 3 days per week at one of the approved locations: Plano TX McLean VA or Richmond VA (West Creek).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and architect tailored solutions within the ServiceNow platform with significant emphasis on Flow Design transform maps and integration work across systems.
• Maintain and construct intricate integrations with third-party vendors - for example setting up Zoom admin alerts and building automation that generates incident tickets directly from vendor emails received in production.
• Use AWS infrastructure to troubleshoot backend connectivity and data load issues which includes pulling data from S3 buckets overseeing net server connections and monitoring midserver logs.
• Code and implement functional scripts primarily in JavaScript working within ServiceNows personal IDE.
• Investigate complex technical problems design practical workarounds and articulate the reasoning behind development decisions to help avoid future system issues.
