A Senior or Lead Software Engineer with ServiceNow Platform expertise. This person will be leading and contributing to a strategic reset of Amerens ServiceNow Platform. We are starting over with a new greenfield instance following ServiceNow best practices and standards for out of the box configuration where possible to reduce technical debt as well as following the Common Service Data Model. Ameren has the following modules that will be re-built and enabled during this effort: ITSM On-call Module Platform Analytics Employee Center Collaborative Work Management Integrations SAM HAM Strategic Portfolio Management Business Continuity GRC/IRM (Vendor Risk Management) NowAssist for ITSM Virtual Agent
