Position: ServiceNow BCM Developer

Location: Sunnyvale CA and Austin TX (3 days work from office)

Duration: 12 Months

Responsibilities / Experience

Design and develop ServiceNow BCM solutions aligned with organizational continuity requirements.
Configure and customize ServiceNow BCM modules including Business Impact Analysis (BIA) Risk Assessment and Continuity Plans.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop workflows business rules UI policies client scripts and integrations within ServiceNow.
Maintain and enhance existing BCM implementations to improve efficiency and compliance.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and tools where required.
Perform unit testing system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
Provide ongoing support troubleshooting and performance optimization.
Ensure adherence to ITSM best practices and organizational standards.
Document technical designs configurations and operational procedures.

Qualifications/Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in computer science Information Systems or a related field.
Experience implementing or supporting ServiceNow BCM or GRC modules.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript Glide API and ServiceNow scripting.
Experience with ServiceNow platform features such as Flow Designer Integration Hub and REST/SOAP APIs.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience working in Agile Scrum environments.

Preferred/Good-to-have skills:

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-GRC/BCM).
Experience with Business Continuity Planning (BCP) Disaster Recovery (DR) and risk management frameworks.
Knowledge of compliance standards such as ISO 22301 ISO 27001 or NIST.
